3 to 4 weeks from order confirmation. Cloud Form is built to order in our Bangkok workshop - once your fabric and configuration are confirmed, we begin production immediately.
Yes, we deliver across Thailand. Bangkok delivery is included in the price. For other regions, we arrange shipping with trusted freight partners - costs depend on destination and configuration. Get in touch with your address and we'll quote.
50% deposit on order confirmation, 50% on delivery. Production begins once the deposit has cleared.
A solid wooden frame with steel connectors that lock each module to the next, so the configuration stays rigid even on uneven floors. The seat and back use high-density cushioning chosen for years of daily use.
Yes. Custom dimensions are available for an additional cost. Send us your space requirements - wall length, ceiling height, doorway clearances - and we'll quote a configuration tailored to the room.
Cloud Form is sold as complete configurations only - Linear, L-shape or U-shape. Individual modules are not sold separately.
Yes. Every Cloud Form cover is fully removable, secured with heavy-duty velcro. We recommend professional dry cleaning only.
You can also order a replacement cover at any time - same fabric, different fabric or different colour. The cover is designed to be replaced when you want a refresh, not when you have to.
For cotton, corduroy and terracotta: vacuum regularly and spot-clean with a gentle fabric cleaner. Send the cover to a professional dry cleaner every 6-12 months depending on use.
For leather: condition every 6 months with a leather-specific product to keep the surface supple.
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight on any fabric - it shifts colour over time.
7-day returns from the date of delivery for verified manufacturing defects. We provide a 1-year warranty covering structural and craftsmanship issues - frame, stitching, connectors.
The warranty does not cover fabric stains, scratches or mechanical damage caused by use. If something happens to the cover, you can order a replacement at any time.
We don't recommend Cloud Form for homes with pets. The fabrics are durable, but accidents like urine, scratching or chewing fall outside the warranty and the cushioning isn't designed to recover from that kind of damage. If you still want one and have pets, message us - we'll be honest about what to expect.
